The narrow streets of the Kőporos cellar row can be found on the slope of the mountain in a green area. If we meet a wine-maker here, we can taste the Hegyalja specialties as well. Locals are famous for their hospitality, and, of course, really proud of their wines. (Wine-tasting tours are available during local events or by previous appointment.)
The cellar row also offers a great view on the surrounding mountains. From here, we can see four parallel cellar rows on the Gombos Mountain. The stone cellars with triangular roofs are remarkable pieces of folk architecture.
The hill of the local quarry is the natural habitat of the protected pulsatilla flowers, and offers a great panorama.
