In the family cheese workshop in Mád, aged cow and goat cheese, blue cheese, grilled Camembert cheese, ewe cheese and special dairy products are made from fresh milk with great care. Cows graze in the neighboring village in a nature protection area on mountain pastures rich in herbs.
